The Australasian Nutrition Advisory Council (ANAC®) is an
independent panel of nutrition and health experts dedicated
to improving the nutritional wellbeing of the Australasian community.
The
primary focus is on evaluating the value of plant foods, drawing
upon contemporary science and knowledge from around the globe.
ANAC
is a not-for-profit unincorporated association convened by
the
Sanitarium Health Food Company. ANAC holds editorial
responsibility for this site.
